Enjoying and Promoting the Australian Shepherd in NSW
Most Versatile Australian Shepherd (MVA) NSW Rules The Most Versatile Aussie (MVA) Award is
offered to recognise the Australian Shepherd which best combines the
attributes of the Breed Standard, Obedience, Agility and Herding. Disciplines - Breed, Obedience 1 class, Jumping
1 class, Agility 1 class, Herding A course, Herding B course, Test class
1 class. MVA Point system to include Non Qualifies and
to receive half the points of the Qualifying Score for all Trial Classes
on offer. Disqualification will receive NIL points in any
event. Breed classes - points on places as set out in
point system below. Bitches in-heat will be allowed to participate
with arrangements being made to allow them to participate at the end of
the events in obedience and agility for the purposes of the MVA only. To be judged as a separate event in breed by an
approved judge. Ties for awarding the Most Versatile Aussie
Award and will be then work on the dogs scores. To be judged as a separate class with Dog &
Bitch being separate. MVA to be held annually at a date and venue
voted for. Dogs and Handlers running in Multiple Rings Consideration will be given for dogs and
handlers running in multiple rings across disciplines. However, owners
and handlers must make every effort to be ringside when required. MVA Point system
