The Australian Shepherd Association of NSW is a club affiliated with DogsNSW with the purpose of:
Promoting and encouraging interest in the Australian Shepherd and pure bred dogs and their breeding while maintaining their natural working abilities.
The club holds two ANKC approved events every year:
- Conformation Show & Obedience Trial (restricted to Aussies only) which has a permanent date of Easter Saturday each year.
- Agility Trial which is permanently approved for the 28th Sunday of the Year. It is open to all ANKC Registered Group 5 dogs.
